Operational Savings
100% Digital User Experience

H&M initially engaged JMarketing to produce a printed employee handbook for its workforce across the United States and Canada. During discovery, our team identified an opportunity to completely rethink the project and presented a new digital-first strategy to H&M’s HR leadership team.

Rather than investing in ongoing printing, distribution, storage, and reprint costs, we proposed a multilingual digital handbook platform that would improve accessibility, simplify content management, and significantly reduce environmental impact. The new experience transformed a static document into an interactive resource accessible across desktop, tablet, and ?mobile devices.

Built using the JMarketing Influence Model, the platform enabled instant updates, improved employee engagement, reduced operational overhead, and eliminated the need for thousands of printed pages annually. The result was a more sustainable, scalable solution that delivered long-term value for both H&M and its employees.
